UNDERISK
O grupo de investigación UNDERISK está composto por investigadores das áreas de Personalidade, Avaliación e Tratamentos Psicolóxicos, e de Psicoloxía Evolutiva e da Educación, ambas as dúas con sé na Facultade de Psicoloxía. O grupo procede da fusión de dous grupos, GI-1416 (Unidad de Investigación en Prevención y Tratamiento de los Problemas de Conducta) e GI-1421 (Adquisición da Linguaxe e Trastornos do Desenvolvemento), que conflúen en enfoques, intereses e métodos. O interese polo desenvolvemento na infancia e na xuventude (e, en particular, polos factores de risco e protección que actúan nestes períodos evolutivos), así como a realización de estudos lonxitudinais e a utilización de técnicas semellantes de avaliación fundamentan a utilización sinérxica das capacidades e recursos de ambos grupos. A coordinación de esforzos entre investigadores das dúas áreas fai posible o estudo conxunto do desenvolvemento normal e o patolóxico, de acordo coa perspectiva da moderna psicopatoloxía do desenvolvemento
